I had my INFINITI serviced June 15, 2023. The service advisor Marcus Silvia was very pleasant and professional!! When checking out I observed Marcus on the phone w/ a client. He displayed a lot of patience, kindness and answered multiple questions ( often the same questions) w/ a smile until the client on the phone was satisfied and understood!! I was very impressed. Raul Thanks bro, happy this all worked out went from me trying to glide through without being spotted by a pack of Sales associates, to making sure I had your number for updates on the car and making sure I was first in line for This Q50.. I always thought dealerships were just waiting to swarm and say anything to get you in what they had to get off the lot. Total opposite, true luxury is the experience an transparency you gave while being understanding and humble made me feel like a friend take care thank you.

We purchased a used QX60 from out of state. Our sales rep, Ramsen Dadesho, and the service department went above and beyond to give us an honest assessment of the car and placed it on hold until we could arrange a flight to look at it in person. When we arrived, the car was exactly as Ramsen described it. Despite the complication of buying a car from out of state, the process went incredibly smooth thanks to Ramsen and Chelsea Shelton. I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals.

Last Friday morning my wife asked me if I found a new car yet? I’ve been researching vehicles and found one online that we wanted to test drive. INFINITI of Modesto is a great dealership. We just bought ( leased) another vehicle from them. This is our third car purchase with them. Raul Cortez was fantastic. He was very professional, and at the same time enthusiastic, and caring. He worked hard to find our 2022 Qx55. Not an easy task during these challenging times. It was a wonderful experience working with him, and the INFINITI team. It is also a pleasure taking my car in every six months for service and Auto Butler. Marcus Silva in the service department, is wonderful as well. INFINITI of Modesto is great!!
Poor managment & customer service. I was test driving a new QX 60 and in the middle of my test drive the salesman texted me because they sold the car. Why did they waste my time if they knew someone was already sitting in the office filing out paperwork? I found this really unprofessional and frankly very shady

I have had a couple of bad experiences when trying to shop for and buy a new car. I actually told my husband that I was having anxiety at the thought. INFINITI of Modesto is so far from those experiences I don't even know where to begin. No high pressure sales, they gave us a good price on our trade in, the price of the car was excellent, and they have a Starbucks machine! We were pleasantly surprised by the great staff! There was no high pressure sales and Daniel was very knowledgable in all aspects of the vehicles we were considering. He found the car we were looking for and the entire transaction couldn't have gone smoother! We left with our new car and thanks to his training we were comfortable with the options we have. Can't say enough about Daniel and the entire staff at this dealership!
