? - May 29, 2011I got tricked into "leasing" an UGLY gold infinity suv from MODESTO,CA after telling the salesman for 3 hours NO I do NOT want that vehicle! I finally decided to say yes, just to make him stop pressuring me. I thought I could just go home, come back within 3 days to return it, but NOOOO. The guy said that law is no longer in effect. He even said the color would grow on me. Well, it didn't and I hated it every day..fyi, it was the owners son that pulled this mess on me... To make a long story short, I went to the infinity dealer TODAY in Pleasanton and was blown away with the professionalism and exceptional service I received from ALL four (4) gentleman. I got out of the lease, purchased a new car and now I am ONE HAPPY CAMPER!!! Thank you Pleasanton dealership... Special thanks to Joe and Daniel for your professional & friendly services...You have made up our minds to stay in the Infinity family forever...
Jul 29, 2010Infiniti of Modesto is the Greatest! I have purchased more than 10 vehicles at car dealerships in my life, but this was my first Infiniti. My wife and I visited both the Pleasanton Infiniti dealer and then the Modestodealership. Our salesmen James Leiva at Infiniti of Modesto was awesome, very low key and very knowledgeable. The sales manager Danny Perez was the greatest. There was absolutely no pressure, they treated my wife and I with respect and went out of their way to look for the exact car we wanted. We drove the car and I made arrangements to return later in the week by myself to negotiate. They did not pressure us to buy the car right then and did not bother me before the appointment. I prepared for the purchase with the Consumer Reports car buying service and shockingly Infiniti ofModesto's FIRST offer was lower than my best case scenario ...

? - Oct 26, 2008Classic example of a bad auto dealership - Buyers Beware DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I was in a pinch. My wife's car died and I had to find another car quick...So I figured I would treat myself a bit and give my SUV for her 1 minute commute. So having made up my mind, I went to this dealership to purchase a g37 since it was the closest Infiniti to my home in Modesto. They offered the g37 with no money down and 0.9% financing leaving me only to say "YES" to such an attractive offer. So I signed the papers after reading all the fine print and drove away in my new car. The very next day, they stated that the financing will not go through based on the fact that my credit is not perfect (I am a 715...how much higher do I have to be...950???). They also stated that this is based on the fact that I am not putting a deposit down after that they informed me that they didn't need a deposit. But they said they will continue to try. 21 inquiries and a week later....yes 21!!!...they gave me a call stating that I have to give the car back ...
